Welcome to City Dogs. By enrolling your dog in our services, you agree to abide by the following Terms and Conditions.
Enrollment Requirements

All puppies are eligible for daycare no less than two weeks after their final round of vaccinations.

All dogs must be spayed or neutered when their condition comes problematic, or at an otherwise agreed time.

Dogs must be up to date on vaccinations, including:

Canine distemper, parvovirus, adenovirus (Nobivac DHP/DHPPi/Vanguard +5) usually a three yearly booster (except one year after their puppy vaccinations).

Canine/Kennel Cough (Nobivac KC/Vanguard CC/etc.). A yearly booster.

Leptospirosis (While not compulsory, some vets may recommend it). A yearly booster.

A current vaccination record must be provided before attending daycare.

Owners must complete and sign all required forms before their dog’s first visit.
Health and Safety

Dogs must be in good health and free of contagious illnesses.

Any signs of illness (diarrhea, vomiting, coughing, etc.) must be reported, and the dog must be kept at home until cleared by a vet.

Dogs must be on a flea and tick prevention program.

We reserve the right to refuse any dog that appears to be sick, aggressive, or otherwise unsuitable for daycare.
Behavior and Socialization

Dogs must be non-aggressive and well-socialized with other dogs and humans.

Owners must disclose any past aggressive behavior or incidents.

If a dog shows aggressive or disruptive behavior, we may require additional training or disallow future attendance.
Liability and Indemnification

Owners acknowledge that there are inherent risks in group dog settings, including but not limited to minor injuries such as cuts or scratches.

City Dogs is not solely responsible for injuries, illnesses, or damages caused by other dogs during daycare.
Fees and Payment

Payment is due in advance or at the time of service.

No refunds will be issued for missed days, but you can contact us to make a cancelation at no cost.

Late pickup fees may apply if a dog is not collected within the agreed timeframe.
Emergency Care

In case of an emergency, we will attempt to contact the owner or emergency contact.

If immediate veterinary care is needed, we will take the dog to the nearest vet [Crofton Downs].

Owners are responsible for all veterinary costs incurred during their dog’s stay, unless otherwise stated.
Personal Items

We are not responsible for lost or damaged personal items, including collars, leashes, or toys.
Media Release
-
By signing this agreement, owners consent to their dog being photographed or recorded for promotional purposes.
Termination of Services

We reserve the right to terminate services at any time - given an adequate review process - if a dog poses a risk to staff or other dogs.

Enrichment
Enrichment time tailored to each dog’s needs ensures they stay mentally stimulated, physically active, and truly happy during their stay.
Socialisation
We provide a safe and controlled environment where dogs can meet new friends and build confidence.


Safety
You can rest assured that your dog is attending a daycare designed with safety as the top priority, ensuring a supervised and stress-free experience.
